Symposium on Comprehensive Quality Management

In May 2024, to improve employees' ideological cognition, enhance overall quality awareness, and shape employees' boutique concept, the Quality Department held a symposium on implementing the company's quality policy "Create first-class quality, build company reputation, and satisfy customers". This time, to change the serious atmosphere of the previous quality meetings and allow everyone to actively contribute to product quality improvement, the management department carefully planned and held it as a tea party, which achieved very good results.

The head of the Quality Department first explained the connotation of the company's quality policy to the key personnel of each department of the company, and then led everyone to learn the meaning and methods of "Comprehensive Quality Management". The key personnel of each department also actively spoke during the meeting in combination with their work and offered valuable suggestions and determination to improve product quality.

Finally, the company's deputy general manager Mr. Tu emphasized that quality is the starting point for us to win value and dignity, and it is the foundation for an enterprise to survive. We must focus on our own work, enhance quality awareness, effectively create quality value and maintain our dignity, abide by the quality control process, and have the concept of producing products right the first time. We would rather check beforehand than rework afterward.
